Welcome to Metropolitan Milestones Therapy!
We are a private pediatric clinic providing in-home speech therapy services to Rockingham County and the surrounding areas including Caswell, Alamance, and Guilford.
Meet Liz
Liz is a pediatric speech-language pathologist specializing in a wide variety of communication disorders. Liz graduated from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Liz continued her educational journey at East Carolina University to pursue a degree in working with children. Liz earned a Master of Science Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2012.
Since graduation, Liz gained experience in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, the NC public school system, and private practice. Liz opened her pediatric private practice, Metropolitan Milestones Therapy, PLLC in 2017. With over ten years of experience, this practice specializes in a variety of communication disorders, specifically, articulation/phonology, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, apraxia of speech, augmentative alternative communication, autism, and central auditory processing.
